apt was started on steroid after a diagnosis of minimal change GN same time started supplement of calcium and vit D

3 months later he presented with polyuria polydypsia fatigue :roll:

OK i am not sure from the answer but it's came to my mind because diabetics more serious and should always be first to ordered and it's is a well known complication of uses of steroids and the sings and symptoms also point towards it thought i fit for both and use of steroids cause adrenal cortical insufficiency which is lead to Hypercalcaemia

already the pt is at risk of hypercalcaemia because he is is receiving ca and vit d

really i do not know the correct answer but it seems the time period is the key to answer

this was one of difficult first part mrcpi questions
