All about Family Medicine... Plz HELP

I'm kind of new to this whole family medicine thing
my line was psychiatry... but I'm reconsidering now
i want to ask about family medicine
which is best masters or MD
if masters which is the best institute
i've learned that there is an entry exam... the question is what to read for this exams
there are so many references but i cant seem to know whats useful and whats not
so many questions i know but plz bear with me a little
