This course is intended for all pharmacists who are dealing with patients in a community pharmacy setting ,graduates and semi graduates. It takes more than just dispensing a drug for a disease or ailment with or without a prescription.

- Approaches to differential diagnosis.
- Clinical decision making.
- Formulating a diagnosis based on patient and presenting complaint.
- Asking questions and confirming facts.
